That you give me a quick, "Sorry to keep you waiting" when you are running 45 minutes behind and I have been sitting in the examining room tapping my fingers and watching the clock and thinking that I will just have to leave before you even walk in the door because my babysitter has to leave soon?
Is that too much to ask? When did common courtesy disappear? I know you have all the fancy diplomas on the wall and all and I'm just a lowly patient but let me just spell it out for you: MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO. Please remember that next time you keep another patient waiting for almost an hour.
